Subject: Dionysus Opens ORIGINAL SHOW 2/13 by DebN on 2/6/2010 18:47:38 Dionysus Theatre, the only inclusive theater in the state of Texas opens the original show "Autistic License" by Stacey Dinner Levin, on Saturday, Feb. 13th, 2010. The playwright, Ms Dinner-Levin will come in from Minneapolis, MN on opening night and there will be talk back and reception after the show. Synopsis: Children aren't born with manuals, but sometimes they teach you what you need to know. Join us for this poignant story filled with pathos, joy and acceptance as a mother comes to terms with her son with autism. Through her eyes, we see his life - through his eyes, we are given a license to love. Critics in Minneapolis voted this play as one of "the top 10 shows in the area". In the cast: Amanda Baird, Shaun Linsey, Sheryl Croix, John Carmona, James Wetuski, Laura Walpole and Roz Turner. This show was directed by Deborah Nowinski, Founding Artistic Director.
