Admission: Free

Break out your watercolors, sidewalk chalk, and play-dough and join local arts organization BooTown for their fundraiser It’s Still Alive? After the success of BooTown’s previous fundraisers, It’s Alive followed by It’s Alive, Again, the group has brought back the interactive evening where patrons are invited to create and buy great art for a good cause, for the third time!
The evening will consist of demonstrations by local artists, collaborative art making, an auction with works by local artists, and a raffle of patron creations! Who knows, maybe you’ll take home a piece by the next Van Gogh, Rodin, or even Thomas Kinkade? Come to make some fun art and support BooTown while you’re at it! It’s Still Alive?! will be held at Catbird’s, a popular bar known for its support of the arts. Catbird’s is located on 1336 Westheimer Road, in the Montrose neighborhood.

It’s Still Alive?! in a nutshell:
A free evening of good and dirty “artsy-fartsy” activities for grown-ups.
Multiple booths featuring working artists to help and demonstrate various mediums.
A raffle of professional works from local artists
All proceeds from the day will support BooTown
