It is Ancient Greece and in the small town of Phyle there has been a drought for 20 years. The Grouch has the only working well and charges outrageous prices to the townsfolk. Mix in
a beautiful daughter, a wealthy widow with a handsome son and bratty daughter, a couple of comedic slaves and you have the makings for a fun frolic that even the gods can't resist.
