If you submit your news 2 weeks prior to the event we can schedule sometime within that time frame and will run it through the duration of your show. We typically will not post a show opening more than 2 weeks in advance to keep our news current.

(if published too early it would get lost in the shuffle)

We review submissions Once a week and schedule them throughout the coming weeks.

1) Register - It's Free
2) look for the Theatre Rep panel to your right and click Submit news.
3) Copy and paste your Article into the text field.
4) Upload Image Via the image manager or attach as Attachment
5) Click Submit

Your article will be cued for the next Review (typically on Sundays) and SCHEDULED for publication sometime within 2 weeks prior to your Show. (We do this to help keep news current).

For best results...Submit your news several weeks in advance. We require it and it helps prepare you for other publications which require submissions at least 2 weeks (often 4) prior to publication.

Need to change your password and cant quite seems to find the edit link since we updated profile pages?

Follow these steps:
-LogIn
Click on
"Your Account"
---look for the header for USER DETAILS
----The link to edit is now represented by an Icon (see below), click on the icon and you can edit your profile info.

Browse your profile options, there are many such links and feature.

You've registered but cant log-in:

1) The most common reason is that you have not confirmed your email account. Upon registering an email is sent to your email address with a link you must click on to confirm you account.

------Check your bulk e-mail, too.

2)If after an hour has passed upon your registering, click on the contact us link and let us know what email you tried to sign up with. To verify your email and to save a step you can email us from that account expressing that you have not received a confirmation email.

UPDATE:
If you are having trouble logging you you also may have your browser set to NOT accept cookies.
Add Theatreport as A trusted site and accept cookies from our site and you should have no trouble logging in.

Follow these steps...

Log in-
-Click on View account
(below user menu on your left)

-You will see an edit profile form,
Leave everything as is...scroll down where it says PASSWORD...type one in twice to change it click "SAve Changes"

Also Some recommendations when editing Profile:
-If the email box is unchecked no other regular member can see your email....(this may be preferred)
-Click Store my USERNAME in a cookie for a Year. Which enables you to just type your password in next time you visit, thats all.
-Comments Display Mode:=Flat, for full text view
-Comments Sort order=Newest first (this way when you view a forum topic you always see newest first.
