October 11 – November 4, 2005

Tom has been cheating on his wife Lucy for several years (with a number of women.) Lucy is cheating on her husband Tom (with Sebastian). Tom moves out on Lucy and, in disguise, moves in with Sebastian. These are the circumstances that set the mood of hilarious intrigue in this often moving but always light-hearted musical about men.

December 2 – December 18, 2005

Sarah and Charlie run a small theatre that’s presenting “A Christmas Carol” – that is until Charlie shows up backstage to say that the cast and crew are snowed out. With a full audience waiting patiently for the performance to begin, Sarah insists that “the show must go on!” She talks Charlie into playing Scrooge while she plays everyone else. Through the lightning-fast costume changes, crazy antics, and laughter, somehow Dickens’ message of the true meaning of Christmas spirit still comes through.

In a small town dime store in West Texas, the Disciples of James Dean gather for their twentieth reunion. They were all teenagers when Dean filmed Giant nearby. One, an extra in the film, has a child she says was conceived by Dean on the set. The ladies reminiscences mingle with flash backs to their youth; then the arrival of a stunning and momentarily unrecognized woman sets off a series of confrontations that upset their self deceptions and expose their well hidden disappointment.

Herb, a Hollywood scriptwriter, is having a dry run and his confidence is shaken. He takes consolation in his off and on relationship with Steffy, a movie makeup woman. Without warning his teenage daughter, Libby, shows up on his doorstep demanding that Herb get her into the ‘pictures.’ This extremely funny story of a father/daughter relationship is a wonderful blend of hilarity, honesty, and sincere emotion.
