New York director Steven Yuhasz will begin rehearsals in Brenham this month at Unity Theatre for the Broadway hit country and western musical PUMP BOYS & DINETTES. Mr. Yuhasz recently directed and wrote the musical TUSK for the New York Musical Theatre Festival. The past three years he has been assistant director to Tony Award winning director/choreographer Susan Stroman for Madison Square Garden’s A CHRISTMAS CAROL starring Jim Dale, Tim Curry, and F. Murray Abraham. Last season, Mr. Yuhasz produced the Off-Broadway 70’s retro musical STREAKIN’! and ESCAPE FROM PTERODACTYL ISLAND, the smash hit of the New York Fringe...
